Online payments

1. Payment methods

A ZenMed subscription can be paid for with:

• BLIK
• Online bank transfer (pay-by-link)
• Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
• Traditional transfer to the account shown on the invoice

2. Payment processing

Online payments are handled by mElements S.A. Card payments are handled by Autopay S.A. ZenMed does not store card details; you enter them only on the payment provider's page. The connection to the application is encrypted with HTTPS.

3. Prices and currency

The published price list is in Polish zloty (PLN) and the figures there are gross, per specialist per month, final for a customer in Poland: we add no taxes or charges on top. Where we are exempt from VAT, the invoice shows no tax amount; otherwise the gross price includes VAT at the rate in force on the invoice date. A business customer outside Poland is quoted separately, because the published gross figure does not describe that purchase: a business in another EU member state is invoiced without Polish VAT under the reverse charge and accounts for the tax itself, which requires a valid EU VAT number; outside the EU the invoice carries no Polish VAT either and local import rules are the buyer's own. The currency and the payment terms for such a customer are set in the quote. The price covers every feature of the selected plan and carries no additional charges beyond those listed in the price list, for example SMS bundles. The service is billed in monthly billing periods, and an annual payment made upfront covers twelve consecutive monthly periods. An invoice made available in the application is the proof of purchase.

4. Order fulfilment time

The service is delivered electronically only, by enabling the selected plan on the facility's account. We ship no goods, so no delivery methods or delivery costs apply. Fulfilment time is counted from successful payment authorization; for a traditional transfer it is counted from the day our bank account is credited. The plan is enabled without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after payment.

5. Refunds

A refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless you agree to another method that carries no cost for you. For a card transaction the refund is made to the bank account assigned to that card. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of a withdrawal statement or from acceptance of a complaint. We may refuse a refund where the right of withdrawal does not apply or where a complaint was not accepted; a refusal always comes with reasons.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer, and a natural person concluding an agreement directly connected with their business where the agreement is not of a professional character for that person, may withdraw from a distance agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Sending a statement to [email protected] before the deadline is enough. The right does not apply where the service has been fully performed with the prior express consent of the eligible person, who was informed beforehand that the right would be lost. 7. Complaints and contact

Complaints about payments and invoices are accepted by email at [email protected]. A complaint should include the facility's name and tax number, the account email address, the invoice number or payment identifier, a description of the problem with the date it occurred, and the outcome expected. We reply within 14 days of receipt.
